Walt Disney World
Where to start. . . . . Walt Disney World is a great vacation package! We have been there twice now and are in the process of planning our third trip.
My wife loves Walt Disney World and everything Disney. I wasn't really looking forward to going the first time. I just thought that there really wasn't going to be much there for me, especially considering that I'm not a big "ride" person. But I was wrong and enjoyed every minute of our trip!
What I like about it is that it can come as a package. That just makes things easier I think. My wife always books online and Disney allows you to include everything, from hotel, to park tickets, to meals, to transportation, to even airfare if you'd like. We book all of this except the airfare. We like to wait and try to find a better deal on the airfare on our own.
You can choose from over 20 hotels/resorts on Disney property. All are great. There are all price ranges. Then you can choose your park tickets, the number of days you want and the type of tickets you want. Plus you can even pay one price for dining and then all of your meals are paid for in advance. So that makes it nice when you are on vacation to be able to just order whatever you want and not have to even look at the price! What I really find convenient is that Disney picks you up at the airport. No need to rent a car. Extra money in my pocket! Plus they transport you from your hotel to all four of their theme parks, their 2 water parks, and Downtown Disney.
A Disney package is a great vacation for our family!

I love Disney but have never gone on an actual Disney package. I would love to experience this the next time I go. Actually, I just started selling travel so I plan to experience it so I can share my experiences with future clients. I plan to specialize in Disney!

i went there a few summers ago and it was fun yet not as great as i expected...the weather is way to humid for me to enjoy the outdoors!
his is the one thing that I want to do with my kids before they are grown, I need to get in gear one is 15,LOL!! I think it is something we would all love!
Disney is a master at family vacation planning. They've given millions of families memorable vacations many could not afford elsewhere. I'm always impressed by Disney's thoroughness at handling demographics to their advantage.
It sounds like you've got the most of your vacation planning. I am also a huge Disney fan, but rarely use all the planning tools you spoke of.
I love Disney and after visiting it for so many years from Michigan it's exciting to actually live right outside Orlando so now I can drive there whenever I want. I remember riding the buses to the theme parks which was very convenient but I always seemed to be on the buses forever. Although a small price to pay for the luxery of not having to worry about driving anywhere yourself. Very nice review!
Disney is THE best for family as far as I'm concerned. And rides are just a small portion of the experience as I'm sure you discovered:0)

If we ever get to go to Walt Disney World I want to get it through a package like this. That would be so much easier and less worry while on vacation. I have to be organized lol. Great information.
Very good review on booking a Disney Vacation Package at the Disney website. I will admit that the website has a great deal of planning information which is very helpful. I have never booked a package though.
