My Experiences:
It was at the time of my second pregnancy that I faced some problems regarding health. I used to feel no strength in my lower limbs and used to feel cramps most of the time. This used to not let me do anything and I had to lie in bed whole day. I know women should exercise for safe delivery but my problem didn't let me do that. Oneday my husband took me to a doctor and on examination he recommended me to go for step training to get strength in my lower limbs. I went to the gym for a couple of days and on my trainer's advice bought Deluxe step exercise trainer and continued my exercise at home. I felt an improvement in my health within just a week's exercise. I must say the stepper I bought made it possible because it is very effective in it's work and is very safe to work on too. It is very durable and is very strong though very soft. The material used to make it is of very good quality and one need not be scared while working out. It has adjustable heights so that we can adjust the heights ourselves to suit our need. I was completely recovered after a month's exercise and have delivered a beautuful baby. Even now I am using it to keep my health well. It is one good product to start the day with.
