I have worked in the travel industry for 8 years now and I have recommended Access America to my clients since day 1. What do I like about them?
First, they are very easy to work with. Even if you are booking your own travel, their website is so simple to navigate. They take you through the process of buying your insurance step by step. There's no way you can screw it up.
Second, they offer many different types of insurance depending on your type of travel. Anything from honeymoons to budget travel, they have a plan that fits your needs.
Third, their prices are very reasonable. I always recommend this company over the cruise line or travel companies insurance because their prices and coverage are usually better.
Fourth, they have great customer service. Every time I call I get someone that is willing to answer all of my questions and they never act as though I'm bothering them. Even when I know that my quesitons are ridiculous.

Never bought travel insurance before. We have been lucky not to have had any problems so far. I think I might consider buy travel insurance for a cruise. Good information from a person who knows!

we've used travel insurance for any masjor trip my family has taken. Things go wrong, and there is nothing more helpful than knowing your insurance will take care of things so your trip isn't a disaster.

Access America is a great company unless you need to file a claim...then they hide under the fine print and refuse to pay claims
