I went with Progressive Auto insurance through my independent insurance agent. Progressive has given me a policy that meets all the same coverages as multiple other agencies have given me quotes for but always stays about 3 hundred dollars cheaper to be paid in full for 6 months. I like paying in full for 6 months at a time even though its a shot to the wallet all at once but its nice not having that payment monthly to remember and write the check for, or balance it after it directly came out. I have not had any claims through progressive so I cant comment on the service. All my business has gone through my independent agent and they have treated me well. I usually end up paying my bill on my credit card but I have to call my agent or the 800 number to do it over the phone as I cant do it by the paper bill they send me. I have had good luck with progressive so far my payments seem to drop every year.

We had Progressive for a few years and were very pleased with it. Since we are military, we just switched to USAA a year ago as they offered a $1,000 savings and a great deal on home insurance. Excellent review!
We have Progressive Ins and no complaints-good people to work with.
