My Experiences:
I have an 8 year old daughter that loves to sing and is the apple of her daddy's eye. Last christmas daddy decided to buy his little angel a karaoke machine. We went to several electronic stores but none compared to the VocoPro Gig Man Plus that Cosco had on sale!
The initial setup was a little tricky. Don't be like my husband: Please READ the manual before trying to connect anything! After getting all the connections right, we've had no problems with this karaoke machine.
The main selling point for us for the VocoPro Gig Man Plus was the fact that it didn't have a teeny tiny screen on it for viewing the lyrics. Instead, you connect this karaoke machine directly to your TV. Ours is 42" Plasma so we have no problem viewing the lyrics from as far away as the kitchen.
The sound quality is top notch! It sounds like you're live in a recording studio. The system comes with 2 microphones. No need to pass the mike for 2-person songs. it has an AM/FM radio and can even play MP3 and CD-RWs!

Our family has really enjoyed using the VocoPro GIG Man Plus. What started out as Christmas gift for my daughter has turned into a fun activity that everyone in our family loves!

How FUN!!! My mother in law has a Karaoke machine and family parties are a blast! This one sounds better than hers! LOL!
Love that connection to the 42" Plasma so the whole family can join in the fun even mum cooking in the kitchen can sing along with the lyrics.
My friend has one, but the only problem is none of us can sing. We have to drink a few before we can deal with each others voices, lol. nice review
What man likes to read directions. They do not need them! Sounds like a great machine. Excellent review!
I don't like those tiny screens either, you can't see the lyrics on them. Connecting the machine to your TV is much better.
