My Experiences:

This hotel is 100% smoke free!  This is so nice because I hate staying in a musty, stale and smoky room.  If anyone dares to try and smoke in the rooms, they are going to be smacked with a $250 room recovery fee!

The rooms were very large.  Our room had two double beds and a sofa bed.  The beds were very comfortable too.  Our room also had a television, radio, desk, computer style chair and free ethernet connection to the internet.

I don't know about you, but I always check out the bathroom first in a hotel!  I found the typical hotel set up with vanity, mirror, samples of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion.  There was a small shelf on the wall that had a 4 cup coffee maker, complete with a packet of coffee.  That might be enough for some people, but for me 4 cups is nothing!  I found more coffee in the hotel lobby for free.  You can choose from three thermos which contain 3 different kinds of regular coffee and one thermo of decaf coffee.  It was available 24hrs a day.  Awesome!

Back to the bathroom....lots of fluffy white towels!  As I was snooping around in the bathroom, I saw a blue sign.  It says "Do you need fresh towels?"  You are asked to follow one of these two examples:

1.) If you want clean towels the next day ~ leave your towels on the floor.   (Yes kids, in this case, it's okay to leave them on the floor!)

2.) If you hang up your towels ~ you will not get clean towels the next day.

This is all about conserving water and detergent!

The toliet flushes loudly!  (enough said) The shower has one of my favorite products, the curved shower bar.  I've really got to buy one for my shower at home!

Free Internet

One day complimentary high speed internet for each night's stay.  It's called "Global Suite".  You have to type in their url and accept the terms before you can have access to the internet.  This is a great way to protect the kids, they won't be able to access the internet unless you enter the vital information first.

There was a good sized indoor pool with an attached whirlpool.  The hours you can use them were fantastic!  Do you feel like an early morning swim?  Well it opened up at 6am! The kids stayed in the pool until closing time which was 11pm.  I saw a workout room next to the pool but we didn't use it.  It had all the latest equipment for a complete workout.

The front desk employees were super friendly.  They directed us on a great place to grab some snacks to take back to our room.  It's located next to the front desk.  It's called "The Market".  This is not your typical hotel mini bar .....you could buy pop, beer, ice cream, frozen foods, chips and candy.

Two features I didn't use were the safety deposit box and the business center.  The room didn't have a safe but the front desk had a very secure place for your items.  Business rooms and services were available from 7am until 11pm.

Our room rate was $139 per night.  Check in time was 3pm and check out at noon.  You even get a free USA Today paper each week day morning!

If you are a shopper, there are plenty of places nearby.  A newly built Bass Pro Shop is very close to this hotel and there are department stores within driving distance.

This was a beautiful and clean place to stay.  Very relaxing and a great price too!
