Bit O Honey
I can remember this candy from way back when, I can still see my Sunday school teacher sharing some Bit O Honey with all of us in her class and explaining to us how it was similar to a treat they had in the biblical days. But as I remember it, it came in bigger bars back then.
I purchase these now in these little bags you can get at 2 for $1.00 and you get 8 to 10 pieces and for it me it takes me back to a special time in my life.
Bit O Honey is a product of the Nestle and is produced and packaged right here in The United States of America, and that is always a bonus in my opinion, it is something I always look for.
Keep in mind that it is produced in a facility that processes nuts, milk, wheat, eggs and sesame seeds so if you are allergic to any of the above stay away from this candy. If not, then please, by all means, indulge yourself in this chewy , honey sweetened, delicious piece of heaven!
The really great thing about this candy is there is no trans fats! In one serving ( approximately 6 to 8 pieces) there are only 150 calories, perfect to curb that sweet cravings we all get.
