Rolaids Soft Chews
My husband gets heart burn a lot. More times than I can count. When this happens he reaches for a Rolaid Soft Chew. They are made by Rolaids but instead of the tablets that you suck on and then chew, you just peel the wrapper back, chew them, and swallow.
I rated these a high because my husband will swear by them. I will not! My case is a little different though but I buy them mainly for him. He says that they have a great taste but I don't like the taste and they leave a nasty taste in your mouth. I guess it depends on who you are and the reasoning behind taking them.
I would reccomend at least trying them. They seem to work for my husband and resolves his heart burn with 30 minutes.
You can buy the chews in a single pack of 6 or you can buy a box of 3 pack with 6 chews in them. Overall, I think this product is worth at least trying just to see if they sooth the heart burn.

I've seen these but have never been a big fan of Rolaids so I didn't buy them. Have a feeling I'd find them similar to you. Good that they work for your hubby though. Thanks for the honest review. Appreciate
My husband gets terrible heartburn, too. He likes regular Rolaids, but I hate the texture of them, so I use the soft chews if I ever need anything.
