Theraband Exercise Bands

Theraband is a brand of resistance bands that are currently available for the general public to use for Resistance training. The nice thing about these bands, as opposed to others I have tried, is that these come in simple, unique colors to differentiate the levels of difficulty. Other bands I have used were off shades of the same color, making remembering the system difficult. Also these bands are strong, and hardly snap or tear with use. They are used a lot in rehab/therapy settings, so there are a large number of exercises available to try them out with. The only real downside to this product is the cost, they are not cheap to buy, and if you are lucky you can just get some from your therapist or rehab setting-that makes it much more cost effective.

  4. Good idea for the makers of these bands to have them color coded. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to judge the band's the level of resistance against another. Thanks for the info, voted for ya :)

  5. I have never heard of this brand personally... You say that they can be expensive...do you mean $ 20 or $100. I am just wondering because I have been thinking about getting somesince they are so popular. I voted!
