Russell Stover Ecuador 60% Cacao Dark

I am a huge fan of dark chocolate, and I was very excited to try the Russell Stover Origin Select Private Reserve chocolate, made with 100% Ghana cacao beans, 60% cacao.  As grocery store chocolates go, Russell Stover is easily among the best.  They consistently produce interesting, delicious, and high quality products that never disappoint.  Once again, Russell Stover impressed me with this new dark chocolate.  The flavor is just right, with the cacao content just enough to give it that wonderfully crisp flavor of dark chocolate, just short of being bitter.  The bite starts crisp but finishes smooth and creamy.  The size is just right at about an inch and a half square, just enough to be satisfying without leaving you wanting more, although you wouldn't mind having another piece!  Good enough to serve with a fine champagne.
