I love using my Hang Ups Inverter. Basically I hang upside down with it. When I use this product there is virtually no strain on my back whatsoever. I love the fact of feeling as if my body is upside down stretching almost every muscle group. After hanging upside down for a few minutes my muscles are all stretched and relaxed. I like to use my Hang Ups Inverter after I work out and exercise. When my muscles are tired and sore the inverter helps to pull and stretch them out forcing them to relax. My children also use the inverter. My daughter is a runner and she uses the Inverter to strengthen her leg muscles. My husband uses the inverter to hang upside down and work his abdominal muscles. The best part is I've lost a few pounds just from hanging upside down.

We have one of these, and it is great! Unfortunately even though it is sitting right behind me, the only thing that hangs on it recently is clothes.
Oh, I voted.
(no votes left, catch it next month!)
Good review. I voted.
great review, I have heard of people who do that, but I didn't know why. the only problem for me, would be the cost. when the price goes down, i'm there, this is one of the best i've read and was interested in, i'm totally voting!!!
Interesting way to exercise..the bat's way. People say by hanging upside down will makes one more clever cos more blood goes to the brain...lol
It is said that blood is good for brain ...no idea
