I needed a travel blow dryer for my latest trip. The last one I bought blew up so it was time to replace it. What I wanted was a small fold up style dryer, but I wanted it to be powerful too. Eventually, I purchased the Revlon ION Select fold up travel dryer.

The Revlon dryer isn't as small as I would have liked, but it does have a whopping 1875-Watts of power for quick drying time! If I had to choose between size and power, I would pick the power feature every time.

This little dryer is as fast at drying than my full-size dryer. When I'm on vacation, that's what I'm looking for, because who has time to mess around with that stuff when there are other things to do! It has a dial (wheel) on the back to select the ION output. Low for fine hair, and higher for coarser hair types. Supposedly the ION technology puts out negative ions to dry the hair faster. It could be a bunch of hooey for all I know about ions, but it sounds impressive, and it does dry the hair fast! The dryer also features a ‘high' and ‘low' option for air output.

Although it's not as compact as I like my travel dryers, it does an excellent job of drying your hair quickly so you can get out and enjoy your vacation!
