Reynold's Clear Seal Plastic Wrap By Steven Rupp on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
In my experience, plastic wrap falls into one of two categories - either they don't cling to ANYTHING whatsoever, even to the point of falling off the bowl you are trying to seal, or - SO clingy that it's impossible to handle. It's hard to get it off the roll, and it sticks to ITSELF in one big crumpled up mess that you can't even use!
Well, I've found a happy middle-ground - Reynold's Clear Seal-Tight Plastic Wrap. It comes in a 50 sq. ft. roll for $2.79. It's easy to unroll, and handle, while covering your bowl, and then clings TIGHTLY when pressed in place around the edges.
The box boasts that it "stretches" to fit, and that it has been awarded the 2007 Culinary Institute's Chef's Best Performance Award.
Reynold's, of course, is famous for it's aluminum foil, and now they've got another winner with their new plastic wrap.

I just love a simple product that does exactly what it is designed to do and does it well!
yaaay! Next time I need plastic wrap I'm totally getting this. My husband doesn't quite understand the purpose of tupperware and instead uses my mixing bowls to store food in the fridge. It'd be semi-fine if the plastic didn't fall off!
I've always had the problem of it sticking to itself. I'll have to try this brand next time.
Yes, the ye olde clinger to everything but what you want it to stick to :) know it well, this sounds like a winning product. Thanks for the info
