Right investment in a knife
By Chris Kong onI got this knife from Ebay and when it first arrived, my in-law was saying "WHAT!!...RM 200 for a knife!!that is equivalent to at least ten knives from Made in China brand!!" Being a person who believes in quality, I truly believe that a good knife is an investment that you only need to make once in your lifetime. Eventhough it is pricey but since I can afford it so why not?
Pros: It is light hence making it very easy to control be it chopping, mincing, cutting, dicing or slicing. The wide blade is a BIG plus because it allows easy transfer of cut food from the chopping board into the frying pan!! It really makes my preparation of food very enjoyable as compared to struggling with those blunt and heavy knives which will spoil all your mood while you are preparing food in everyday cooking.
cons: It is pricey but as I say quality counts.

I agree Chris, a top of the line knife makes cooking a joy:)
Thanks Dedee and froggy for the comments. Appreciate them very much.
Hi! I would be curious to know how long you have had the knife and any upkeep you have done to keep it pristine. Thanks a bunch!
Thanks Debbie831. Haha, Webwizard, your comment makes my day, thanks.
I don't think i would pay that much, but I might let someone else buy one for me...lol
You must really like to cook. With that amount they will last forever and everyone else will be blowing money from all the knifes bought in a life time so I see were your comming from ;-)
