I purchased my Rimmel Cool Matte 16 Hour Mousse Foundation at Walmart for $5.99.It is a .60 fluid oz clear glass container.I really like the container.It is a step up from the usual tube or compact.
Rimmel is not a product that I am familiar with.I have not purchased many of their products.I purchased this foundation because I wanted to try a less expensive mousse foundation and I used a coupon to make the price even less expensive than other brands.
The difference between this mousse foundation and other brands I have tried is the matte finish.The foundation does not feel as light and fluffy as other non matte mousse foundations.It has a little bit of a gritty consistency.When I apply Rimmel it goes on my skin really thick and provides really good coverage.Rimmel has the qualities of other mousse foundations but with a thicker coverage from the matte finish.I would purchase Rimmel Cool Matte 16 Hour Mousse Foundation again when watching my budget but I prefer Maybelline or Cover Girl mousse foundation over Rimmel.
