Rin's Bridal

The appearance of Rin's Bridal is misleading. Located on a fairly quiet street in downtown San Carlos, CA, they appear to be your usual small boutique wedding gown store. In all actuality, they are very well known in the Bay Area for their wide selection and tremendous quality. I bought my wedding gown here, as pictured. It was an amazingly high quality dress for a bargain price; throughout my searches, I had not found any that were quite like it. (The only reason I did not give it a 5.0 is because it tore during our reception; although that was probably unavoidable, I was surpirsed by how quickly the material gave.) Beyond that, Rin herself is very engaged in the process, truly taking each bride-to-be's dreams to heart. Her expert efficient team of tailors were quick to suggest specific alterations they thought would make the dress even more perfect for me. They were very fast, worked wonders (I still don't know how they hemmed some of that seemingly unhemmable material!) and left me with a beautiful dress I wouldn't have traded for the world.
Very pretty dress I can not believe that it tore though thats too bad.
Quite often the small private shops are the very best in service. Hope the tear wasn't fatal in case you want to pass your gown on to someone special in the future.

I love San Carlos! And I've heard nothing but good things about Rin's highly personal service. I'd be willing to bet they'd repair that tear for little to no cost.
Rin's Bridal sounds like the kind of Bridal store that would be every bride's dream since the owner herself is involved in making your dress everything you hoped for. I wonder if they would help with the tear?
