Riot! Truly Delivers By Collin Skeen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I fell in love with the Nashville-based band Paramore about two years ago when their first album, "All We Know Is Falling," debuted.

Two years later, this young band with tons of energy and a spunky lead singer have released their sophmore album, and while it doesn't quite match up to the first, it still manages to impress.

RIOT! is FULL of energy. From the opening riffs of "For A Pessimist..." until the end of "Decoy," the lead singer, Hayley Williams, belts out songs that leave you tapping your feet and humming the songs for days. While the music is pure pop-punk, it manages to be a lot more original than many of the popular music out nowadays. The guitars crunch and the bass rumbles.

One of the few problems with the album is Williams's relatively immature songwriting. However, the music makes up for this in leaps and bounds.

Paramore is gonna be the next big thing, and I highly recommend picking up this album, you WON'T regret it.
