Ripley's Aquarium Myrtle Beach, Sc By crazy4disney on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My family routinely goes to Myrtle Beach. One of our favorite places is the Ripleys Aquarium there. The cost is pretty pricey, at least in our opinion, but even me, the tight wad of the family thinks it is worth every penny. Age 12 and up are about $18, age 5 to 11 are about $10 and kids 2 to 4 are only $4. Now, keep in mind that if you want to save money, generally you can pick up a coupon book at the visitor center right next door and save a few bucks... And, don't sell yourself short, this is an all day deal! Plan on spending several if not more hours there. There is the shark feeding to see, and other educational "shows" that only show at a particular time. There is a snack bar there with juck food and sodas, which are not too highly priced, but then we tend to carry our own snacks with us anyway. The There are exhibits to look at, interactive things for the kids to do, shows, and best of all, a moving "sidewalk" to take you around the gigantic shark tank. The sharks swim over, and around you as you move through the tank in a tube! http://www.ripleysaquarium.com/
