I already had a griddle when I decided to purchase this one. My reason for buying this one was because it folded up. We have a small house and storage room is very tight. We don't have a lot of space to place items.

I wasn't sure if this item would be any good since it was made to fold up, I was worried about it being cheap. I was wrong. This griddle was very nice. My favorite feature on this griddle was the dual thermostats. It was nice being able to control the temperatures on both sides. I was able to cook pancakes on one side, and bacon or something else on the other side.

The surface was non stick, and I didn't need to spray it with any added fat to ensure no sticking. I was impressed with that. I have a lot of non stick items, but still need to spray them with cooking spray. I was very impressed with this item and would recommend it to anyone who needs a space saving item.
