I swear by this product. it works like a charm. I take one as soon as I feel that gnaw of a back pain/muscle spasm creping up on me. Sometimes I get the pain with no warning and I had to take two of these babies and 20 min later I am up and mobile again. Notice how I said HAD. That is because just when you think you have found the prefect back/muscle pain reliever Robax comes out with and even better product. Robax Platinum. I now only need one of these and the pain is subsided in 10 minutes. I can't speak for everyone but I can say I choose this pain killer over any other. They have Robax or Robax Platinum for your serious back/muscle pains. Both I can say from experience have fast effective relief! So if age is greeping up on you, be sure to have a bottle of these you just never know when your gonna need it.
