Roboraptor Robotic Dinosaur By JenniferB on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My son (and his little sister) have a lot of fun playing with his Roboraptor. My son got the Roboraptor Robotic Dinosaur for Christmas and I was sure it would break within a few weeks. He was younger than the recommended age of 8 so I figured it would be dificult for him to manuver. It has turned out to be quite a toy! It is a remote control toy that has a personality. It knows when you are approaching and turns around. When the Roboraptor moves it looks real. The motions are very lifelike or rather dinosaurlike. It walks great on our hardwood floors, but has a little trouble on our semi-shag carpet. It is a little scary, but apparently not as much as I thought. It is quite a site to see my two year old daughter treating it like one of her dolls. It makes donosaur noises, but it isn't too loud. The Roboraptor requires 9 AA batteries, but they seem to last a long time.

In my son's words, "It's awesome!"

Lots of batteries, but it's one of the coolest remote toys I've seen.
