Rock Band Xbox360
By Wade Bowers onRock Band is a phenomenon. I never really enjoyed rhythm games all that much, but my family decided to buy Rock Band and it has been awesome. Players can choose to play guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. Each of the instruments plays differently and is fun in their own way. You can play the game by yourself like you would play Guitar Hero, but the real fun is multiplayer. The game really does a good job of making you want to play with your friends. The game really shines when you have all four spots in the band filled. Having four people all playing through a song, and helping each other if someone fails is really a great experience. I expect Rock Band to really take off as a party game. Weve had it at our last couple of LAN parties and everyone seems to have a good time playing all the instruments. Rock Band is just plain good fun; if you have a chance to buy it dont turn it down.

I agree whole heartily with you about playing with friends. We have the neighbors over to play quite often now or we go over to their place to play. The great part about Rock Band 2 is we can also set no fail mode to help out young kids play with us as well. I spend hours trying to figure out whether to buy this or Guitar Hero World Tour before Christmas and I am glad I went this route. Rock Band definitely is a great way to spend time with friends, I've been to parties where their were about 20 people just waiting to play this. It's a lot of fun to have a band with good friends and have a good time.
