This was a Christmas gift given to my daughter for her birthday in 2006. At first she was scared of the pony because she did not know what to make of him. It did not take long for her to get use to him. Once she did she started playing with him every day. This pony is so light that she can pick him up and carry him around! She still loves to play with it a year later. The pony is brown. The color has not faded yet. He does not go through batteries like other toys my daughter owns. His mouth moves when he sings and makes other noises. He is not too big so it is easy to store him where my daughter can get to him whenever she wants to. He is also very easy to rock. There is also a pink version which costs the same amount of money. It is a great gift for any kid who can at least sit up on her own.
