Rolling Stones Shine A Light By kristyh on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This is a documentary/musical preformances of the Rolling Stones. I am not a die hard Rolling Stones fan, but this film looked interesting. I thought that Martin Scorsese did an amazing job on this film. It gives you inside looks at the band, interviews, and behind the scenes footage. The visual aspect of the film is amazing. Also the Rolling Stones rock out at the Beacon Theatre. They had some guest performances with Jack Black, Christina Aguilera, and Buddy Guy.This film is 121 minutes of pure entertainment. The film gives you the feeling of actually being at the concert. The only complaint of the movie is sometimes the audio can get too loud and make it hard to hear what they are saying. This DVD also has special features that include 4 bonus preformances and a behind the scenes segment. I have not seen a lot of music al documentary/performance DVD's but this definately would rate one of the bees I have seen. I would recommend this to anyone!
