The Ron Popeil (or Ronco) Showtime Rotisserie is a great item to have in your kitchen. I love to roast meat, in fact I'm a huge beef lover. This makes the best prime rib you've ever tasted. The chicken is fabulous as well. Turkey is great. Just about any type of meat you put in the Showtime Rotisserie is going to turn out juicy and delicious. You get the machine itself, the rotisserie accessories, a grill pan, a basket and gloves. What you do is put a piece of beef, poultry, pork, seafood (in the basket) on the rotisserie. The rotisserie slowly turns the meat so it cooks nice and slow. All the wonderful juices in the meat seem to stay locked in. It is incrediable. I would have to give this machine a rating of 5, but it can be difficult to clean. The grill pan can be brutal! You'll want to use a non-stick cooking spray to make the job a little easier. For sure, I'd buy this machine again!
