I bought a Roots backpack for my son about 3 years ago and it is the same backpack he has been bringing to school for 3 years. I love Roots backpacks, because the backpacks are made of fine quality and don't tear or rip as easily as others do. They are also very appropriate for school, in the sense that the backpacks have pockets different sizes so that you can fit different things into your backpack. The backpack is also beautiful, and at the same time serious for school. I think what I love most is the fact that you can get the backpack for very cheap these days. When I was younger, my mother used to buy me about 2-3 Roots backpacks every 2 years. Because I stuffed so many books in the bag and didn't take care of it, it tore and ripped. They were pretty expensive and weren't as good-looking back then, as the bags I see nowadays. Kids love bags that contribute to their whole 'look'. I see bags with skulls on them and pretty patterns and designs. I have to admit the Roots backpacks can be better looking, but I love the colour, the quality and the texture of the bag. It's all for such a wonderful price. I bought this Roots backpack for my son from Wal-Mart. It was on sale at the time. I love Roots backpacks because they are able to endure everything - absolutely everything. It's all worth it when you buy a Roots backpack for your son or daughter because, chances are, it'll last quite a long time.
