Rossignol Wave Snowboard By k0b3x on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This Rossignol snowboard is perfect for the casual snowboard. It is very affordable in price but it has lasted me over four years of snowboarding (going about 4-5 times a year). It is a dark blue snowboard with a blue wave-like design that comes through the board. Considering the price, this board is suprisingly durable. I have not had to do any maintenance on it yet and it still performs as well as it did on day one. I wouldn't recommend it for hard core freestyle riders, but for the casul rider it is a good fit. The board is very light overall because it is thin, but the ride control is on par with other more expensive snowboards. I have my wave equipped with Burton Cartels and honestly I can't tell a difference when I ride with my friend's board who paid about three times more than I did. I definitely recommend this board for the casual rider who doesn't want to break the bank.

I've never snowboarded but it does look like fun. This sounds like it's perfect for those who snowboard a few times a year.
This is the kind of advice I like- fairly good equipment for those of us on a budget, but yet not horrible quality. Thanks!
This sounds like a great snowboard. I've never tried it myself...too chicken after winding up on crutches twice from skiing. The board sounds like it is made quite well for the money.
Seems like you got a great deal with this board. I could never see paying a ton for something that you rarely get to use. I'm not sure if I will ever have the courage to try this, but ya never know. lol.
Great price for a snowboard and this company has been around a while.
This is not really my cup of tea, but thanks for the great information for people who love to snowboard.
