Rubbermaid File Keeper

When I needed something to carry some files around around I found this Rubbermaid File Keeper. Its Rubbermaid so you know its going to be dependable and sturdy. This file keeper has to metal strips in it and you hang folders from it. I had to buy the folders. The folder type needed are hanging folders. These are the folders that have a metal hook on each end and are available from just about any office supply store or any Walmart, Target etc.

This file box, on the inside, is 11 1/2 inches tall and 16 1/2 inches wide. Its is 8 inches deep. Add about an inch onto each measurement and you have its outside measurements. Rubbermaid File Keeper has a latch that securely holds the lid shut and a handle on the top to carry it. The box is made of heavy durable plastic and weighs about 2 pounds.

The folders that can be used are A-4, legal, or letter folders because there are slots so you cant adjust the little metal strips that the folders hang on. This has been a very convenient filing system that I use a lot.The Rubbermaid File Keeper has many uses.
