Being a short is never easy. You are always looking for something to stand on to reach something that is high up or looking for a ladder to change a light bulb etc. A lot of times I just need something quick to stand on to reach something. I don't want to have to drag out my big step ladder. I want something safe to stand on.

I had been looking for a small step stool to use to stand on occasionally when one day, while out shopping, I found the Rubbermaid Step Stool. This handy step stool measures 15 inches by 19 inches by 11.6 inches (36.1 x 48.2 x 29.5 cm). The Rubbermaid Step Stool can with stand 300 pounds (136 kg) of weight.

The Rubbermaid Step Stool is made out of hard plastic with a rubber mat surface on top. I suppose the rubber mat is to make the area you stand on non skid so there is less chance of falling off it.

This tool has been very handy. Like most Rubbermaid Products it seems very durable and sturdy. This step stool makes many jobs much easier and is really light to take with you from room to room. No more standing on unsafe chairs or surfaces!
