Rubik's Cube By Faked Sympathy By FakedSympathy on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Rubik's cube, the puzzle that has boggled the minds of millions of enthusiastic problem solvers worldwide, is a challenge that continues to stump people even to this day. The cube is a brilliant toy for anyone who is looking to sharpen their dimensional thinking skills, or even just someone who wants to try a whole new realm of challenge. The cube comes as a single piece, and can be purchased with a small triangular display base. Many cubes even include a small manual that illustrates the solution. The cube ittself is plastic and made from 9 individual cubes that are attached in the middle. It is fairly durable, however, I do have one complaint to share. The cube can be slightly difficult to turn, especially if the pieces are not completely aligned, which becomes an irritation to someone who is trying to increase their solving speed. However, this can be solved with the application of various lubricants such as WD-40. The stickers on the faces of the cube are very firm and do not peel very easily, so there is no worry about having to replace them. It is a very sturdy toy. The Rubik's Cube is definitely a toy that I would reccommend for consumers of all ages.
