Rush Hour Puzzle Game
By Mom2One onMy son asked for this game. I did not know what it really was but he played with it at a friend's house and enjoyed it.
So last Christmas I decided to get it for him. It really is a lot of fun and even I will play with it.
The object is to get the red car out of traffic. You set up the board according to the cards that come with the game. There are many different cards ranging from easy to very hard. Once all the cars are on the board you can only move cars forward and backwards.
I like it because it is making my son use logic thinking and his problem solving skills. This really is fun for any ages, even my husband and myself will try to figure out a puzzle. It is very addicting.
I also like it because it is a one player game. When I am busy making supper my son can easily play by himself with this game, unlike most other games which require two players.
Since this game is kind of small in size it is easy to take with us when we go to grandma's house. This helps him from getting too bored at grandma's.
I think this is a great game for kids and even adults. I recently found an African Safari Rush Hour game, it has the same concept as the original rush hour but in a Safari them. This will be under our Christmas tree this year.
If you are looking for a fun game that requires your child to think and use logic, you really can not go wrong with Rush Hour. I do not even think kids realize then are learning skills when they are playing this game.

I've never heard of this game. My 6 year old loves cars and board games so this might be great for him. Thanks for the info.
I've never heard of this. I will have to keep it in mind for when my girls get older. Sometimes it can be hard to find things that will keep them occupied by themselves.
One player games can sometimes be a good thing.
Sounds like it would be fun to play with kids. I thought it was about the movie when I first read the title. :-)
This sounds like a great game to take into the classroom! :)
This is the most amazingly fun game for people who like puzzles! I bought it as a gift for a young friend, but then I couldn't let it go until I had solved all the puzzles. He got it on time, but I put in a lot of hours just so I could know that I did all the sets. I just love it!
I'll have to look for this one. We love games that require thinking. Some of them are just not up to that. Thanks for this information!
Sounds like this game can be played by all ages? It's on my list of things to buy for my grandson!
Sounds neat. What is the recommended age for it?
