It has a 48-ounce glass jar that is perfect for blending smoothies, milk-shakes or frozen drinks.There is a pulse function which enables you to crush ice with the stainless steel blades. The Russell Hobbs 12 speed copper blender has a removable portion of the lid to allow you to add ingredients while blending without making a mess.This comes in handy when making salad dressings when you drizzle the olive oil in a little at a time. The 12 speeds give you many options for stirring, blending or crushing. The control panel allows you to switch between high/low functions with the push of a button and the copper finish is fingerprint resistant.This blender has a 350W motor which is sufficient for most home use.The jar is dishwasher safe or you can just rinse it out with soap and water.The jar when full is enough for 3 large or 4 smaller drinks.
