The Salton Russell Hobbs 12 Speed, 1.5-liter copper blender was purchased two years ago for use in our home bar. I love the copper color which goes with almost any décor. It has a 48-ounce glass jar that is perfect for blending smoothies, milk-shakes or frozen drinks. There is a pulse function which enables you to crush ice with the stainless steel blades. The Russell Hobbs 12 speed copper blender has a removable portion of the lid to allow you to add ingredients while blending without making a mess. This comes in handy when making salad dressings when you drizzle the olive oil in a little at a time. The 12 speeds give you many options for stirring, blending or crushing. The control panel allows you to switch between high/low functions with the push of a button and the copper finish is fingerprint resistant. This blender has a 350W motor which is sufficient for most home use. The jar is dishwasher safe or you can just rinse it out with soap and water. The jar when full is enough for 3 large or 4 smaller drinks.
