Safe Toddler Fruit Chews Gerber Juice Treats By Geralyn Hydock on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
We all want our children to eat healthy snacks especially when they are just being introduced to new foods. My little grandson was outgrowing his biscuit cookies and soft banana cookies. He was not yet ready for foods that neede lots of chewing. While shopping in the baby food isle of my grocery store, I came upon these Greber fruit chews for toddlers. I bought a box just to see what the consistency of them was like.
These chews come in six delicious flavors that include natural cherry, grape, orange, pineapple, peach, and raspberry. Not only are they safe but they come in fun shapes and are packaged in convenient single serve packets. The consistency of these treats are great which makes it easy for my grandson to chew easily and swallow. He loved them when I first gave them to him and he now knows just where to get them in GG's house. When he comes over to visit, he either goes for his chews or his cheese slice in my refrigerator.
I usually have a couple boxes of these treats on hand. They are also good to keep handy in my daughter-in-law's diaper bag or my purse. Most of us have had those moments when there was no appeasing a little one. These fruit chews have saved the day many a time. My teen sons and my husband also like the chews. I have to keep them out of their reach. Knowing how much my grandson. teen sons, and husband love these treats, I highly recommend them to all!

These type of snacks are so convenient. I think it's better than giving the kids some popcorn or candy ! Sounds like you should invest in a bulk container of them with the whole family loving this product!
I've always looked at these and wondered if my daughter could chew them yet... thanks
I've tried these myself & they were quite tasty!
I noticed that the first two ingredients are Corn Syrup and Sugar. And ingredients are listed in order of most-to-least. Try checking out www.beechnut.com/letsgrow.
