Safety First Lift And Lock Gate By dmk417 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

When I went gate shopping, i knew I would need two gates to cover a pretty small area. So, when I came across this, it was perfect. I could use only one and get the same safety I was looking for. If you mount it with the hardware, this gate swivels into two different positions, blocking off the places we need it to with relative ease. The locking mechanism guarantees that your little one is not going to crack the code, as it is a three step process to open it up. It is so durable, too, not like the wooden gates you find for noly a little bit cheaper. My child has tested its strenghth daily for months, and it still looks as good as it did the day it came out of the box. It is tall enough to keep toddlers in, but short enough for mom or dad to step over if they are in a hurry. When shopping for baby gates, really consider this one.

We had a gate just like this when my boys were little. We loved how easy it was to use. Thanks for sharing.

We sure could have used this back in the day. Had to keep moving the gate from one space to the other.
