You can pick these up at Vons, they're the store brand, comparable to SlimFast. In my opinion, they're just as good as the "real thing". SlimFast might be just a bit richer than these, but for the price, the taste cannot be beat!

They come in a variety of flavors. I believe there are two different kinds of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. So, not quite as much variety, but I love chocolate enough to be happy with just that option.

The diet plan is exactly the same as SlimFast, but there isn't any online support or anything to that effect. You can use a different companies support option though, for free, online, and save yourself some money in the process.

Honestly, they taste about the same, as I said though perhaps a little less rich. We've found these shakes to be a great alternative.
