I have had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. First, we reserved two rooms and they only booked us one. Then when we called down to find out why we only had one room they had no explanation and said we had to go all the way down to start all over and they made us switch rooms. After completely messing up everything they had the worst customer service and made our stay in Vegas not so great. It gets worse, when we got home we realized that they had overcharged us. They charged us for two extra days and when we called to find out why they had no reason and the lady I was talking to (who, by the way, spoke no English) had the audacity to hang up on me. I had to call back and wait on hold forever again to finally talk to the manager who did nothing but refund our money...she did not even apologize. Worst hotel and service ever. And the rooms were dirty too.
