The very first time I ever had my eyebrows waxed, a friend convinced me to let her do it. She did a fairly good job, even though I thought it hurt quite a bit. But once I saw how easy it was for her to do, I didn't understand why other people paid salons to do it for them. The first facial hair removal product I ever bought was the one I stuck with ever since. I like the Sally Hansen Wax Strip Kit. It is so easy to use. There is no need to heat anything up (other than rubbing the strips between your hands) and no messy clean up. All you need to do is cut the strips to the size and shape you want, put on and peel off. It does hurt, but this product doesn't claim to be pain free. Just effective. The box comes with finishing oil that feels really good to put on afterwards. It removes any wax that's left behind and actually makes my skin feel soft.
