This phone, so far, has been the best phone I have had. I have had it now for about 14 months and I am just now starting to have problems with it. But before I get into the bad I will start with the good. The size of the phone is decent, its not tiny but I got it over a year ago and it was the "cool" phone then. The keyboard is a good size for texting its not too big and not too small, its pretty useful for any size of hands. The battery life is ok, it's like any battery, it gets worn down with use and mine is definitely worn down but still lasts me a whole day. The reception is great, I have never had a problem with the reception, I get great reception everywhere and it has never let me down. This phone has many extra features like most phones these days and the durability is great! As far as the bad, lately it has just been shutting off on its own and thats about it. No other problems other than that!
