I bought this phone from AT&T about 5 months ago, I wanted something with a qwerty keypad for easy texting and email, and IM use.I love this phone, it is reliable.It's not really much to look at, and they keys are pretty small but over the months I have grown accustomed to it. It is handy for checking email, texting and IM use.Though it is not very comfortable in your hand or to your ear, I have found the blue tooth ear peice to be a godsend.It comes with an extended life battery and an additional regular batter, two backs to interchange with the batteries but I found one works just fine with both battery packs.I would encourage you to purchase a blue tooth earpiece to go with the black jack because like I mentioned it is not a comfortable phone to hold or on your ear.One other thing I don't really care for is the limited options for a case to carry it in.The best I found was one you literally have to take the phone out to answer or use it.All in all I DO like this phone ALOT but with all things there is usually a few glitches that you don't really care for.
