Then wrap the cuff securly on your left wrist with palm upward at about the same level of your heart. Press the start button and the blood pressure measurements will automatically be monitored. I like the velcro wrist cuff because it offers a snug fit. I also like the recall button so that I can compare the previous reading to the current reading. The inside of the case shows the normal, high normal and Hypertension readings so that we know where we stand with our own personal readings. There is a plastic see through cover on this unit. If you need to monitor your daily blood pressure readings, then it is very easy to take this with you wherever you need to go. Taking your own blood pressure readings gives you a very good idea of how your health is doing. I wouldn't be without it.
