The Samsung E720 is a modern looking phone suitable for all ages. It is easy to make calls and write messages as the keyboard is fairly straight forward. The menu is also basic, consisting of 9 options:

Call Records

Phonebook

Applications (Including Java World, MP3 Player, Voice Recorder, World Time, Alarm, Calculator, Timer and more)

Web Browser

Messages

File Manager (for storing Images, Videos, Music)

Calendar

Camera (1.2 Megapixel for video and photo)

Settings

The phone has state of the art features including bluetooth and easy connection to the PC via USB cable. The camera is located at the front of the phone, with a feature to video or photograph yourself while being able to look at the picture or video you're taking (a lot like looking into a mirror).

Overall this is a good cell phone. I have had a few durability problems and have had to get it fixed about 4 times under warranty. Whether all Samsung E720s are like this, I don't know, this is only my experience. Since warranty has ended I havn't had any problems even after dropping it a few times on hard surfaces. So far so good.
