There are a lot of LCDs on the market today. There are many types to choose from; LCDs, CRTs, Plasmas, DLPs, etc. In my opinion, LCDs are the best buy not only for price, but quality too. Samsung is known for their EXCELLENT LCD HDTVs, and I can fully agree with that statement. This model features Samsung's DNIe feature. It basically makes the images more crisp and sharper. It also makes your blacks loook darker. It also features a "Game Mode". When turned on, it makes games look twice as good. It not only makes the black levels better, but it also speeds up the response time, to prevent ghosting. As for sound, it is fantastic for the price. The user interface is really intuitive too. For instance, you can change the names of the different AV inputs to whatever you like. All in all, this is a great HDTV for the price and quality you recieve.
