Samsung SATA DVD-RW Burner

This Samsung drive is a newer SATA model off www.newegg.com . This is the first SATA burner I have installed and used personally, but it is the best I have EVERY used. It is fast. I can write a DVD in under a minute sometimes. This thing burns DVDs, CDs, plays DVDs, CDs, and every disc format besides Blu-Ray and HD-DVD.
The looks of this Burner are nice. It is pertty slim (slim for a 5.25" drive), short, and looks nice. The black interface looks so much better than a beige interface. The back of it is also very nice and compact.
The burner iteself is a Samsung, which right there gives you a reason to buy it. Not only is it fast, reliable, and a Samsung, but it is SATA, which gives you the fastest burning speeds available today. It is a great addition to any PC with SATA ports, and I HIGHLY recommend it over any other DVD Burner.
You are right about the name brand and worth purchasing because of that alone. Glad to see Samsung is still producing the best .
