First, I must say I am not a big cell phone user. They are a neccessary evil in today's world, so I carry one for safety and convenience. Because of my lack of use, I chose Samsung T-319 to use with the T-Mobile to Go service. I chose this phone because I liked the look of it and it had the flip top. I do not care about the extra features, but my college age daughter has the same phone and she likes it and all the things it does. I really like the nice big screen and the large colorful easy to see icons. I like that the keyboard is easy to read and easy to use. There is also a camera and a mini video capture in this phone, which I have never used. As much as I like this phone, the reception is poor. It is not always dependable. Many times we have not been able to get a signal. Many times we have to stand outside to get a signal. No matter how pretty or how easy to use a phone is, if you don't have good reception, you are up a creek. I am not sure if the bad reception is due to the phone or the T-Mobile service. Thanks!
