I love to make quesadillas. I usually make them in the microwave but this tends to dry them out too much and the cheese turns into an oily mess. This quesadilla maker is perfect. I can make a quick snack or make a few for the family when they come over. I take two flour tortillas and add cheese and cooked chicken. It only takes 4 minutes to cook. When it's done it is divided into six sections. That makes one less thing to do after it is cooked..slice it. Clean up is a snap too. Just wipe it clean and you are ready to make another creation. It comes with some great recipes, but honestly you can put anything with cheese and flour tortillas and make a meal! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves quesadillas.
