I was given the Santa Fe Qusesadilla Maker as a birthday gift. I had been wanting one as I love making and eating qusesadillas . It made my job of making them so much easier and they also came out so much better. It is a very attractive appliance and I have no problem leaving it on my counter top and it doesn't take up a lot of space so it is there ready whenever I need it. It heats up very quickly and only takes a matter of minutes until your qusesadillas are hot and ready to serve. My favorite part of this appliance is that it is so easy to clean. After it cools off you can just wife off any ingredients that may have leaked out from over filling (you will learn how much to put in after your first try) with a damp paper towel. The food doesn't stick to the surface at all.
