this is a phone i've been using for a couple of years now.

durability: first one broke, but that was really my fault. severe water damage. while the phone itself is pretty durable, i wish they battery would stay in place when i drop the phone.every time it's dropped, the battery falls off. maybe i just drop my phone alot if it's come to the point where i'm only anoyed by a battery coming loose.

reception: i suppose average. bad signals in elevators and some buildings, good outside, ect. pretty much what you would expect.

speaker: very poor quality sound. i have to tell people to repeat things all the time, and often need to pull over if i can't hear it over my car's engine. pretty sure it's not just my particular phone, since this is my second one of this model

features: NO ALARM CLOCK?!?!!??. really, what were they thinking. has a voice recorder which is good for a few memos, but only holds like 5 short recordings

camera: poor quality. low capacity

overview: it's junk. only using one myself because it's what sprint gave me with the plan
