We bought this dollhouse for our 3 year old daughter. It comes furnished with all-wood furniture suitable for 11" fashion dolls, including a canopy bed, adirondack chair for the porch, porch swing, dining table and 2 chairs, sink, toilet, bathtub (bottom is sturdy plastic) an upholstered sofa and matching chair, coffee table, potted plant ("leaves" are felt fabric), and a stove/kitchen cabinet. The colorful walls of the dollhouse depict appropriate items for each area of the house; for example, a fireplace in the den and a sideboard/hutch in the kitchen. This dollhouse comes with clear assembly instructions, is well packaged, and well constructed. It comes with an anchor kit to attach it to a wall. Assembled, the size is about 33" wide and 51" tall. Adding to the fun is a central staircase between the bottom and second floors and a "grandma's attic" at the top with pictures depicting a victrola, old-fashioned radio, quilt stand, full mirror, and antique telephone. My daughter absolutely loves it and plays with it daily. The only area she has trouble reaching is the attic portion. The only other problem I've seen is that 11" dolls will not stay in the swing unless you lie them down across it.

Pros:Quality and style of included furniture, clear assembly instructions, careful packaging, nice size

Cons:The "bedroom" floor came loose during play. A little wood glue solved that.
