Save Your Dive
By Eggy onFew things are worse than being on a boat, ready for a dive and realizing that you don't have the tool you need to tighten a hose or make some other minor repair.'Scuba Tool - The Diver's All-in-One Tool' is the solution to this potential disaster.
.
When closed, the Scuba Tool is only slightly longer than four inches,an inch wide, and 1.5 inches high.It weighs about nine ounces. There are no sharp edges. This small size makes it easy to carry in your dive bag or even the pocket of your buoyancy compensator (but don't forget to take it out before your dive).
.
The tools included are:
5 open end wrenches - 5/8, 9/16, 1/2, 11/16, and 15mm (for all fittings on the low and high pressure hoses)
3 screw drivers - 1/4 straight slot, 1/8 straight slot, and #1 Phillips
1 3/16 scratch awl (to use as an o-ring pick)
2 hex keys - 5/32 and 3/16 (for removing or tightening port plugs)
One of the benefits of the Scuba Tool is that it is easier to keep track of, and you don't need to dig through your dive bag looking for different tools. It is corrosion resistant, but it is a good idea to lubricate it occasionally and make sure that it is not frozen shut if you have not used it in a very long time.
I have had my Scuba Tool for many years (but I haven't been Scuba diving for a long time). Recently, I have been using it for repairs around the house.
I am very happy with my Scuba Tool.

That was one of the best items in my scuba kit. I wish I lived or could afford to travel to the Phillipines . . . the water around here is like Campbell's chicken noodle soup! sigh . . .
AND you're a diver?!? cool tool good write

That's a really handy tool and I'd be using it around the house too.
Heh heh, Eggy, I love how make your own custom pictures for every review. It gives them a unique touch!
