I have used this product for 6 months in the office and i have faced no issues with it. People here are scanning there documents perfectly and it has worked just the fine all time. The features include .This scanner helps me in collecting valuable data on my computer. Anytime come across an article in some magazine or newspaper i just scan and save it to my system. The best feature is the ease of installation and use. You just don't need not know anything about scanners, just open the box, follow the manual and the scanner is setup just in minutes, using it is also an easy task, scans documents at a descent speed, resolution is also quite good, both USB and parallel connections are available and it can be used in any of these modes. But i have faced some difficulty a few times when connected on the USB mode, and then i just use to connect it in the parallel. I am yet to find any bugs or major difficulties either with the software or the hardware. Also in the field of customer care and product support HP does superb. The drivers are very easy to download from the website (in case the driver CD is lost).I once contacted the 24 HR helpline and the response i got was superb. So worth having this as a solution for your small office tasks.
